Location: Lewis County, Kentucky Wildlife Management Area, KY

Kevin Adams, a candidate for the rank of eagle scout from Ashland Kentucky, included the construction of an osprey platform and bird nesting boxes as part of the fulfillment of his scout requirements. He constructed the platform and nesting boxes at the Lewis County, Kentucky Wildlife Management Area, an area owned by AEP and developed into a wildlife management area in conjunction with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
