Michael G. Morris is leading AEP's efforts to develop: an advanced interstate high-voltage transmission system; innovative carbon capture and storage systems at AEP coal-powered generating plants; and energy efficiency and load demand reduction initiatives.

Carl English is responsible for all of the company's utility business operations and related business functions, including Regulatory Services, Environment, Safety, Health and Shared Services operations.

Brian Tierney is responsible for finance, corporate accounting, planning and strategy, risk management and investor relations. He reports to the chairman.

Nick Akins is responsible for all generation activities of AEP's 38,000 MW fleet, including fossil and hydro generation; nuclear generation; engineering, project and field services; fuel, emissions and logistics; and business services.

Todd Busby is responsible for energy marketing, energy trading, power projects and asset investments, market operations and commercial analysis.

Mike Miller is responsible for all corporate legal affairs and supervision of AEP´s Legal Department.

Richard E. Munczinski is responsible for AEP’s regulatory activities before 11 state regulatory commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), as well as AEP’s participation in regional transmission organizations.

Robert Powers is responsible for AEP's electric distribution operations that serve more than 5 million customers in 11 states. He also oversees regulatory and policy matters relating to utility operations.

Barbara Radous is responsible for Information Technology, Human Resources and Business Logistics.

Susan Tomasky is responsible for Transmission operations and new transmission business ventures.

Dennis Welch is responsible for all of AEP's environmental, safety and health activities, including compliance with all regulations and public policy initiatives.
